Q1: Can you print your decal in other scales (1/43, 1/32, 1/18)?

Q2: I have a custom decal project, can you print one sheet for me?

Q3: Can you copy a old decal and reprint it?

A1/A2/A3: Sorry, our quick answer to your question is that we couldn't help (on a reasonable budget). Our decals are printed by professional print shops and not home made. They are made by screen printing so each logo is separated by individual color layers (i.e. the silk screen) and this is not like we print a full color page from the ink jet machines. They also required a minimum order which made it super expensive to print for a single sheet.

Also, the change in scale or scanning is not as simple. We need to rework on every single logo for any change in size or recreate them in vector files.


However if you think you may want the decal in large quantity, we will be happy to prepare a quotation for you.


Q4: I have an good idea for your next decal! Can you do that decal?

A4: We always listen to other's modeler's suggestions so if you have any ideas, please feel free to contact us!

Q5: What softeners would you recommend for LB Production decals?

A5: We had tested our decal with 3 main decal softeners and feel good with them:

        -Tamiya Mark Fit/Mark Fit (Strong)

        -Mr. Mark Softer/Mr Mark Setter

        -Micro Sol/ Micro Set

Apart from using softener solutions, we found that warm water or hair dryer would also help to set the decal really well.

Q7: What is the shipping cost to send my order to my location?

A7: Shipping cost may varies according to your location and order weight. It will be shown during check out. However due to the postal service may not be fully resumed after COVID, if you could not find any shipping options to your locations, please contact us.


Q8: I had placed an order from you. When will you send out my order?

A8: We usually ship out your order within 2 working days after receiving your order.

Once your shipment has been processed, the system will automatically send you a notification by email (COULD BE IN JUNK BOX) with the mail tracking number. You can trace your order by that at www.hongkongpost.hk .

However, please DO NOT trace the mail only by clicking the link provided by this email. Due to our web hosting server limitation, we could not change the tracing web site and we are NOT using any USPS service. You could not find the posting record from USPS as well.


Occasionally for customers from EU countries, the custom will hold up the package checking. This is not something we could control  so your patience is much appreciated.
